The Institute of Reliability and Basic Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Collective 2022".
We will focus on basic research and speed up technological upgrading
2022 will be a fruitful year for the Institute. In this year, the Institute accelerated the technological upgrading to ensure the success of development, and carried out 14 major basic research projects, involving materials, structures, processes, basic theories, standard setting and other aspects, including a total of 4 company-level projects, forming a positive development system supported by theory, escorted by simulation, and guaranteed by experiments. In the past year, a total of 629 simulation analysis tasks were carried out, and more than 36 other important basic technology research tasks were carried out, and more than 238 important technical tasks were completed by assisting and supporting various companies and divisions of the Group.
From 2019, the research Institute began to comb, regularize and standardize all the contact parts since the establishment of Yonggui Technology. After precipitation and accumulation in recent years, the first stage of the unified design of the company's contact parts was finally implemented in 2022 to ensure the design quality of the connector core parts - contact parts.
Facing the national strategic needs, with the goal of high level scientific and technological self-reliance, the Institute has formed a development and innovation system based on independent innovation and collaboration between industry, university, research and application, and has made a series of scientific and technological achievements. Formed the company's stamping terminal series independent design and development capabilities and terminal self-production capabilities, fill the company's stamping terminal series technology gaps, improve the company's product market competitiveness.
Through the development and construction of the connector standardized design management system, the design standardization, convenience, high efficiency and rearrangement are realized, which lays a solid foundation for our company to enter the era of intelligent design and manufacturing.
The Institute seized the general trend, made good "first hand chess", attached great importance to basic research, and made cumulative progress and breakthrough development. Project team members with the spirit of "sitting on the bench for ten years, should do their whole life for learning", deep cultivation of basic innovation research, grasping major strategic needs, and constantly climbing the scientific peak.
Promote efficiency improvement and build a research and development system

He said, "When doing the preparatory work of the" Connector standardized design management system development and construction "project, it is necessary to do a lot of preliminary basic information collection and sorting work, mainly including product standardized classification and naming, the determination of key attributes of each type of part, the company's related design specifications and entry system, and so on. The construction of this huge background data information system is a new and challenging work for us, which has no experience at all, and requires the organization and coordination of 230 R&D personnel in the company to participate in the task, in order to ensure the high quality of the work, we dare not relax. In order not to delay the working time of the R&D staff, all the review work is carried out after work. In order to ensure the quality of the review results, we set precise task objectives in advance for each review, and only after reaching the review objectives in quality and quantity can the review be concluded. The whole judging process takes about 20 working days, and most of them need to work overtime until about 10 am."
